Everything you need to know

All Net Rates are per room, per night, quoted in US Dollars. Rates include all trade taxes. Children under 3 years are accommodated for free if sharing a room with full paying adults, subject to availability (max 1 child per room).

Children accommodated as follows:

• 0-3yrs – free of charge, sharing with parents
• 4-12yrs – 50% of adult rate, sharing with parents
• 13-17yrs- 75% of the adult rate, sharing with parents.
• Children in their own room pay 75% of the adult rate

Payments policy:

Upon Reservation – 50% deposit on the total accommodation amount is required to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
30 days prior to arrival – 50% balance on the total accommodation amount is due
Proof of payments (POP) to be sent to us on revenue@heavenrwanda.com

 

Our cancellation policy:

45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 50% on the total accommodation amount will apply.
30 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 100% on the total accommodation amount will apply.

 

Early check-in and late check-out

Check-In time is at 02:00 PM
Early check in before 06:00 AM – 100% of the room charge
Early check in from 06:00 AM until 11:00 AM – 50% of the room charge

Check-Out time is at 11:00 AM
Late check out from 2:00 PM until 06:00 PM – 50% of the room charge
Late check out after 06:00 PM – 100% of room rate
